  • Failure to pay according to the agreement may constitute a breach and result in the transaction being revoked or legal action being taken.

5. PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

  • All property transactions are subject to due diligence, verification, and legal compliance.
  • Bricks Real Estate Limited does not guarantee the availability of properties until contracts are finalized and full payment is received.
  • Clients are responsible for conducting independent assessments before committing to any property investment.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Clients who wish to cancel a transaction must notify us in writing and comply with contractual obligations.
